Since your "about" encourages discussion/opinion, he's one: Having a driver's license is a privilege and NOT a right! Moco is a dreadful place to drive and I think it's mainly because there are too many driving that frankly, shouldn't be! For safety's sake, let's get these folks OFF our roads! The lost revenue from fees and registrations can be made up elsewhere! Oh yeah, slow traffic, keep right! It's equally if not, more, dangerous for people to drive 10 miles UNDER the speed limit as it is for those driving 10 miles OVER, yet I've NEVER seen these violators being pulled over, ticketed and fined!
